About: Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. has stated that they have resumed construction on an integrated hydrogen manufacturing facility at its Tabango refinery. This will be the first integrated hydrogen manufacturing facility in the Philippines and will allow for the Tabango refinery to process more types of crude oil into fuels.
